3. User-Generated Content & Licensing
- Ownership: You retain all intellectual property rights in the stories, updates, comments, and ideas you post on OneDestiny.
- License to OneDestiny: By sharing content on the Platform, you grant OneDestiny a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to display, host, distribute, and format your content strictly for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.
- Content Moderation: OneDestiny reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, edit, flag, or remove any content that violates these Terms or harms the community.
4. Intellectual Property Rights The OneDestiny brand, logo, UI/UX designs, trademarks, platform code, and curated materials are the exclusive property of OneDestiny and protected by international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or commercially distribute platform-owned assets without our express written permission.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties The Platform and all associated content, tools, and updates are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. OneDestiny makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
- Continuous, error-free, or uninterrupted platform uptime.
- The absolute accuracy, completeness, or philosophical/informational reliability of any user-submitted story or update.
6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OneDestiny, its founders, team members, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Your access to, reliance on, or inability to access the Platform.
- Any user-generated content, interaction, or conduct of third parties on the site.

7. Account Termination & Suspension OneDestiny reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account or access at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or behavior deemed detrimental to the safety and welcoming spirit of our community.
